Focus on use of technology: (1) E-Consults – specialists involved in patient care before scheduling visits, asking health center to administer necessary tests thus saving unnecessary appointments and expediting start of treatment, (2) Project-Eco – educating Community Health Center’s practitioners using weekly video conferences with specialists, (3) Immediate digital access to lab results
